Hearts of Hope Foundation was established on 11 April 2025. Our first full financial year closes on 30 June 2026, and our first audited Annual Report is lodged alongside the Annual Information Statement with the ACNC by 31 December 2026. This page is the public outline of that report what each section will cover when it is filed so donors, partners, and regulators can hold the final document to a standard set in advance.
Until the audited report is published, our pre-audit management view is available at Where the money goes. Headline pre-audit numbers as at the most recent update: $17,324 raised across 9 initiatives (2 Active, 7 Proposed). Unaudited pre first AIS.
What this section will contain. A signed message from the Chair on behalf of the board: the year in summary, the major decisions taken, what we set out to do at incorporation against what we delivered, and what we are committing to next. Names the directors who served during the period.
What this section will contain. Audited revenue by stream (donations, recurring giving, TCG sales, partnerships, grants), program expenditure by initiative, fundraising and administration ratios, and the reconciliation between management figures published on this site and the lodged Annual Information Statement.
What this section will contain. A page-per-initiative acquittal: design, beneficiaries reached, partner used, evidence of delivery (receipts, partner reports, photographs with consent), variances against budget, and how restricted funds were applied. Initiatives that remain Proposed at year-end are reported with their reserve balance and the conditions on deployment.
What this section will contain. Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Changes in Equity, Statement of Cash Flows, and accompanying notes prepared in accordance with the applicable accounting standards for a small registered charity, and audited or reviewed by the appointed auditor. Includes the auditor’s independence declaration.
What this section will contain. Board composition and meeting attendance, sub-committee activity, conflicts-of-interest register summary, related-party transactions disclosures, the year's safeguarding incidents (in non-identifying form) and how each was resolved, sanctions-screening outcomes, and the risks the board has identified for the year ahead.
What this section will contain. The board’s priorities for the next financial year: which Proposed initiatives are scheduled to move into delivery, partner agreements being negotiated, capacity build-out, and the indicative budget. Risks and dependencies are stated explicitly.
The Annual Report acquits the following initiatives, in line with their status as at the end of the financial year. This list is the version of the world we are reporting against; any change between now and lodgement will be flagged at the top of this page.
When lodged, the Annual Report and audited financial statements will appear on this page and on our ACNC public register profile. A PDF download link, the Annual Information Statement (AIS) reference, and the auditor's name will be added at lodgement. Donors who have opted in to receive updates will be notified by email.
For the underpinning policies referenced throughout the report, see Board & Governance, Financials & Constitution, Child Safeguarding Policy, and Overseas Activity & Partner Standards.
