What it actually feels like.

We're a working operation, not a gallery. The job is to ship programs, reports, financials and to defend the integrity of every dollar that passes through us.

  • Real ownership. No layered hierarchies. You'll set goals with your manager, then run the work.
  • Public-facing financials. Our books are open, published in full, and your salary appears as a line in the annual report (in aggregate).
  • Sabbatical policy. Four weeks paid, on top of leave, every four years of continuous service.
  • Health, dental, mental health covered for staff and immediate family across Australia.
  • $1,500/yr learning budget per person books, courses, conferences, no approval needed under cap.
  • Field secondments. Every staff member spends one week per year on the ground with a delivery partner.
